Dear Mr. President, here's an idea. Order the CIA or the Marines or some other badass combat vets to Congress. Have them take all the Republican leadership thugs into custody, McConnell and Kyle and Boehner and Cantor in the House and that bunch, and rendition them to Gitmo. Then have a version of this photograph tattooed on their foreheads, so every time they look in a mirror they will see the problem.
Actually every time they look in a mirror now, they see the problem, but they don't recognize it. Maybe this would put an exclamation point on it.
